This was a replacement. The original was eight years old and was started to get a tad loose. Reached out to Ridge and their warranty department and they sent me a new one. I love it and do not see myself using any other wallet in the future. It is one of those once-in-a-lifetime purchases. I highly recommend it.

Excellent customer service
I got a Ridge Wallet for Christmas a couple of years ago so I had no receipt for it. I noticed i was missing 4 screws, I also noticed I had a slight dent in the side, and the elastic cash holder was fraying. It still worked fine but i decided to see if they would send me screws as it showed it had a lifetime warranty. To my surprise a couple of days later they advised me they were sending me a whole new wallet. Excellent customer service and went above and beyond my expectations. I now have a new wallet and my son now has a new/old Ridge Wallet.
