Great wallet great customer service
I received a ridge wallet as a Christmas gift and had an issue with a stripped retaining screw. I filed an online warrantee claim and received a brand new replacement within 10 days. I love how the wallet matches my new iPhone. I do have a little trouble getting my cards out one at a time. Any advice? It holds onto the phone so tightly which I love.

Great wallet, personalization not so much
The wallet itself is great, I can keep it in my front pocket while at work and keep everything I need nicely organized, including my badge needed to get in and around the building at work. I went with the added $18 personalization option but selected the option other than engraving so I could have my phone number on it just in case it got lost/misplaced, not realizing it was basically a sticker that rubbed off literally the first day I had it in my pocket. I am going to reach out to their CS team and see what can be done to resolve this issue. With that being said, the wallet itself is phenomenal and I will definitely be purchasing another one for myself, in a different color (and go with the actual engraving option), most likely after the holidays. Overall, great wallet.

Husband and son love it
I ordered a wallet for my husband and he loves it. After having a conventional wallet forever he said this is the only way he will ever go again. I then got one for my son who also loves it. My son , however, dropped his wallet and it was ran over by several cars . I turned in for the warranty and had absolutely no problem getting a replacement wallet at no cost to us. Solid company. Will definitely keep them in mind when we need gifts for our wallet carrying friends and family.
