I received a ridge wallet as a Christmas gift and had an issue with a stripped retaining screw. I filed an online warrantee claim and received a brand new replacement within 10 days. The wallet itself is great, I can keep it in my front pocket while at work and keep everything I need nicely organized, including my badge needed to get in and around the building at work. I went with the added $18 personalization option but selected the option other than engraving so I could have my phone number on it just in case it got lost/misplaced, not realizing it was basically a sticker that rubbed off literally the first day I had it in my pocket. I am going to reach out to their CS team and see what can be done to resolve this issue. With that being said, the wallet itself is phenomenal and I will definitely be purchasing another one for myself, in a different color (and go with the actual engraving option), most likely after the holidays. Overall, great wallet.
