Chaîne de Portefeuille + Anneau en D

Very fast and friendly people easy to fix parts saved my sooopy ridge thankyou so much excellent people and product

I appreciate the way Ridge stands behind their product. My screws began to fall out randomly and Ridge sent me a brand new set within a few days of my claim submission. Thank you!

I lost a screw on my Ridge wallet, and I found out that Ridge sends them ... so I went and bought a kit. It arrived in a timely manner, and even had a screwdriver included. I was able to replace the missing screw in seconds, and then I was able to tighten the rest of the screws.

I needed a screw. Ridge sent a kit. Over the top customer service. Thanks

Purchased my ridge walker in 2017. Had sine screws fall out this year. They sent me a set of new screws, screwdriver and straps. All covered under lifetime warranty.
