    Customer service

    Honestly, there are many power banks you can choose from on the market. The all basically do the same thing. The one difference that I found with this company is their customer service. I actually purchased a phone case from them and had a little problem with it and they sent me a new one immediately and remedied the entire situation so quickly and effectively. I have since been contacted by them multiple times and I can’t express how great their customer service is and their lifetime warranty. This is a game changer and certainly a reason to buy this product.
